Optimization of diagnostics and treatment in patients with uncontrolled bronchial asthma
Sh.M. Mukhtorova, A.A. Suyarova, T.U. Aripovaa
ABSTRACT: This article discusses changes in clinical, laboratory, and immunological
parameters in patients with BA. Immunological studies were carried out in 132 patients with
bronchial asthma III and IV degree, mixed type, moderate degree, with a controlled and poorly
controlled process. Analysis of sensitivity to 8 different glucocorticosteroids in the blood serum of
patients with uncontrolled course of asthma revealed persistent resistance to corticosteroids in a
larger number of patients. A comparative analysis of RGT and TGT was carried out. Optimization
of diagnosis by determining the sensitivity to corticosteroids and the appropriate selection of
adequate therapy contributes to the rapid relief of exacerbation of the disease. The study of the
cytokine profile after 3 and 6 months is a good predictor of establishing control over the course of
bronchial asthma.
