Methods for Assessing Risk Factors for Development Of Uterine Leomyoma in Women

ABSTRACT:     The developed methodological recommendation was the development of a method for assessing risk factors for the development of uterine leiomyoma in women. The study included 120 women of reproductive age hospitalized in the gynecology department of the OPC in Bukhara. The control group consists of 30 healthy women of reproductive age. For a clinical study, 120 women with uterine leiomyoma aged 20 to 49 years were selected. Among them, women aged 40-49 years prevailed - 90 (75%). Analysis by place of residence showed an increase in cases of leiomyoma in women of reproductive age permanently residing in a village in the Bukhara region. Among all examined patients, women of Uzbek nationality predominated - 106 (88.3%). The study of the sphere of education showed an increase in cases of leiomyoma in women with secondary and secondary specialized education-86 (71.6%). According to the field of activity, it is often found in housewives - 62 (51.6%). Uterine leiomyoma often develops in women aged 40-49 years with 2-3 births - 71.6% of the 4th or more pregnancies - 45.8%, as well as with artificial abortions - 23.4%.
