ABSTRACT:     The article provides full information on the effect of irrigation mode, mineral fertilizer rates, and the thickness of the stalks on the cotton productivity of the S-278 cotton variety. The effectiveness of mineral fertilizers under irrigated farming conditions is directly dependent on soil fertility and soil moisture during the period of cotton cultivation. Since plants absorb nutrients from the soil only when dissolved in water, it is appropriate to know or specify the humidity of the field, that is, the norms of plant watering. It can be seen from the obtained data that the number of fertilizers given in the water regime of 65-65-60 per cent of the pre-irrigation humidity compared to the ChDNS provided an average increase in productivity by 2.4-4.5 t/s according to the options, while the pre-irrigation humidity in the water regime of 70-70-60 per cent compared to the ChDNS indicators were 1.5-2.5 centners. The following conclusions are made based on the data obtained in the field experiment conducted in the current weather conditions of 2022.
