The influence of different factors on the morphometric parameters of the stomach wall
Dilshod Karimovich Xudoyberdiyeva*
ABSTRACT: The selection of the stomach for research is explained by various diseases of this
organ in 35% of people. Among these diseases, gastritis and peptic ulcer are more common than
others. It should be noted that information about the delicate structures that make up the
stomach wall is very rare in scientific literature.
Long-term dispersed nutrition has been found to cause persistent deviations in the
morphogenesis structure of the gastric mucosa. The immune system of the gastrointestinal tract
is highly developed. Together with food and fibrous components, many antigens - viruses,
bacteria and food allergens enter the digestive tract and act as the first barrier in this flow. The
gastrointestinal tract has immunocompetent lymphoid tissue to protect against them, which
makes up 25% of the mucosa and is about half the size of the spleen in total. 75% of
immunocompetent cells are located in the digestive system.
Summary. Studies of the characteristics of the structure of the mucous membrane of the gastric
wall of laboratory rats showed that the mucous membrane of the cardiac part of the organs of
the intact group of rats is covered with multi-layered thickened epithelium. Based on the study of
the morphometric changes of the stomach, the length, width, and uneven growth of all layers
covering the large and small curvatures that make up the wall of the organ were determined.
