Optimization of myasthenia gravis diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis

ABSTRACT:     The article presents the literature data of recent years on the mechanisms of occurrence, features of the course and new methods for the diagnosis of myasthenia gravis. The review reflects the influence of thymus gland pathology on the clinical manifestations of the disease. Scales for assessing the severity of muscle weakness in myasthenia gravis are highlighted.
