Rationale for differentiated PicoWay laser therapy in sick women with melasmma

ABSTRACT:     This article presents the results of treatment with various methods of PicoWay laser therapy for melasma in 122 women, who were divided into 3 groups: mono-Resolve- therapy, mono-Zoom-therapy, and combined Resolve+Zoom-therapy. The results of therapy showed a high (up to 80%) efficiency of the combined use of Resolve + Zoom nozzles, which was reliably confirmed by a decrease in the MASI index, the balance of pituitary and thyroid hormones, an improvement in the severity of clinical manifestations and the quality of life of patients, especially in cases of mixed type of melasma. Given the safety of use, it is recommended to practical healthcare the use of Resolve + Zoom PicoWay laser therapy is recommended as the method of the first choice for laser treatment of melasma.
