Muso Boltaevich Urinova*, Sanobar Nizamovna Raxmatovaa

ABSTRACT:     The cause of TIA is characterized by the accumulation of cholesterol plaques due to vasoconstriction - in many cases. In large blood vessels with atherosclerosis, that is, in the carotid pool, vertebrobasilar pool, and intracerebral arteries, a blood clot may form and stagnation may increase. TIA patients have a high incidence of various disorders associated with insomnia. Insomnia can also occur as a result of morphological changes in brain structures involved in the management of sleep and wakefulness, as well as as a result of affective disorders – anxiety and depression.
