zirconium dentures

ABSTRACT: The state of the factors of local immunity of the oral cavity in the oral fluid before and after prosthetics with the use of fixed structures made of cermet and zirconium materials was studied in 1 80 people aged 20 - 70 years and 30 practically healthy people in comparison group of the same age. The oral fluid determined and referred levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-1β, IL-6, FNO- α, and anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10. It was well established and dependent state of immune homeostasis (cytokine status) in oral mucosa of the material orthodontic second structure. To increase the efficiency of prosthetics, the use of metal, metal-
ceramic, and zircon dentures was determined. The issues of modern methods of dental prosthetics are highlighted. The analysis of the most common errors and complications in prosthetics with the use of fixed structures has been carried out. The assessment of the physical and technical properties of cermet structures remains poorly studied. To exclude ceramic chips, antagonizing dentures are not brought into contact, which can lead to deformation. Thus, the question of the influence of fixed prostheses on the clinical and morphological state in the absence of periodontal tissues remains unstudied.
