ABSTRACT:     In order to determine the role of polymorphic variants of the CFTR gene of the AZF gene in the development of infertility, the frequency and alleles were analyzed in men with primary infertility of idiopathic genesis and healthy individuals of the Uzbek population. The analysis of the frequency distribution of genotypes and alleles of the studied genes showed that the markers of increased risk of primary infertility of idiopathic genesis are the carriage of polymorphism of the CFTR and AZF genes or their combination.
