Sanobar Nizamovna Raxmatovaa*, Muso Boltaevich Urinova
ABSTRACT: Transient ischemic attack is an acute cerebrovascular accident, which is considered the initial stage of a stroke. The only difference is that the clinical, pathological clinical signs disappear within 24 hours without any consequences. Thus, anxiety and depression were detected in most of the examined patients on the 1st day of TIA, mainly in women. According to the "vascular" concept, depression is considered as a manifestation of cerebrovascular diseases. Its pathogenesis is explained by the presence of the “shutdown phenomenon”. This phenomenon occurs as a result of a violation of the connections of the dorsolateral part of the frontal cortex with the striatal complex and limbic structures of the brain, which are involved in the formation
of a feeling of positive emotional strength, during any activity performed normally. reaches its goal.
