ABSTRACT: In the pathogenesis of cell damage in hypertensive conditions of pregnant women, there are significant allergic reactions and anaphylactic cytotoxicity. Two variants of allergy have been established for hypertension in pregnant women: a clear clinical picture of allergy; latent (latent) sensitization. It was revealed that with hypertension in pregnant women, allergic diseases are more common in repeatedly and multiparous women. It has been determined that a more severe clinical course is often observed with a combination of allergy and hypertension. Improving the quality of early diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
