ABSTRACT:     Our study aimed to determine the quantitative characteristics of sounds by electronic auscultation in children with bronchial asthma and to identify the relationship of spirometry and peak flowmetry with the parameters of electronic auscultation. The survey included 71 children aged 7–18 years with bronchial asthma. The children were measured for sound phenomena by electronic auscultation. The results of the study showed differences in sound patterns in the groups of healthy and children with AD. In bronchoobstructive syndrome, the respirophonogram curve underwent certain changes in the spectrum of observed frequencies, there was a gradual decrease in amplitude in the frequency range of more than 500 Hz with the preservation of low-amplitude peaks in the high-frequency range.
