Course and treatment of hyperparathyroid crisis in children with urolithiasis

ABSTRACT:     Hyperparathyreosis cris in children suffering from urine stone disease, a heavy threatening life state is developed because of a fast and acute raise of calcium content in the blood. A study is presented of 13 patients with hyperparathyroid crisis treated at the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute between 2001 and 2022.Diagnostics results analysis were taken and in 13 children with urine stones, disease was developed HPT. Their symptoms varied from progressive fatigue, malaise, and weakness to those related to the gastrointestinal and urinary tracts.As the result of successful diagnostics and treatment 9 patients were cured, and, because of late entry and HPT complications with a comatose state, the taken treatment was not successful.
