Prognostic characteristics of clinical and metabolic changes in men with primary infertility

ABSTRACT:     Demographic indicators of many countries of the world reflect the urgency of the problem of infertility and indicate an increase in the number of men with fertility disorders, which occurs in 30-50% of infertile couples . Of all cases of infertility, approximately 40-50% is associated with infertility of the "male factor". To carry out this research work in the period from 2018-2020, 756 men with various diseases of the reproductive system who applied to the urology department at the Department of Urology and Andrology of the Tashkent Institute of Advanced Medical Training were examined. The age of the patients ranged from 22 to 48 years. The average age of men was 31.8±0.2 years. The duration of infertile marriage varied: from 1 to 5 years in 205 (60.7%) men, from 6 to 10 years 87 (25.7%) men and 46 (13.6%) patients had no children, having been married for more than 10 years.
